The hotel has a great location in Campeche, right across from the Palacio del Estado de Campeche with easy access to nearby restaurants and the historic center. The rooms, although lacking natural light, were comfortable with working air conditioning. The service was friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant overall. Staying at this hotel felt like living in a spacious colonial dwelling during the summer. The rooms were very big and clean, offering a comfortable retreat. The service was friendly and helpful, aside from one receptionist who seemed unfriendly. The location was excellent, right at the edge of the old monumental town with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining experience was okay, except for the disappointing pancakes. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
